User agreement
Terms of using Deviantism, user obligations, platform powers, and liability limits.
These documents describe the internal rules of Deviantism and are written with the general legal context of the Republic of Moldova in mind. They do not replace individual legal advice, but they explain the basic rights, obligations, and moderation order on the platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
By registering and using Deviantism, you confirm that you understand the rules of the platform and agree to follow this agreement, the site policy, publication rules, and the rules of the groups or spaces where you participate.
2. Account and security
- You are responsible for access to your account and your login credentials.
- Impersonating another person, organisation, or platform staff is prohibited.
- You may not use the platform to bypass restrictions, blocks, or sanctions.
3. Rights to content
The author keeps the rights to their texts and materials. By publishing, the user grants Deviantism a limited non-exclusive right to store, display, index, and technically process the material as part of the service.
4. Platform powers
- Deviantism may moderate, hide, restrict, or remove content.
- The platform may suspend access to functions or to the account in case of violations.
- The platform may store technical logs and metadata necessary for service operation and security.
