Site policy
General Deviantism rules, standards of conduct, legality requirements, and moderation boundaries.
These documents describe the internal rules of Deviantism and are written with the general legal context of the Republic of Moldova in mind. They do not replace individual legal advice, but they explain the basic rights, obligations, and moderation order on the platform.
1. Purpose of the platform
Deviantism exists for publishing original texts, reviews, discussions, and literary community activity. It is built for reading, writing, and community growth, not for harassment, spam, or unlawful material.
2. Standards of conduct
- Toxicity, harassment, threats, and humiliation of other users are prohibited.
- Insults, hostile attacks, and systematic aggression are prohibited.
- Profanity and obscene language aimed at other people, groups, or moderators are prohibited.
- Spam, deceptive promotion, fraud, and abuse of readers are prohibited.
3. Content legality
- You may publish only content that you have rights to publish.
- You may not publish plagiarism or present someone else’s text as your own.
- You may not expose someone else’s personal data without a lawful basis.
- You may not post material that violates the law, the rights of children, or encourages violence or hatred.
4. Platform moderation rights
- Deviantism may hide, limit, or remove materials that violate the rules.
- The platform may temporarily or permanently restrict an account’s abilities.
- The platform may request clarification regarding disputed content or authorship.
